If you’re interested in ongoing compression therapy, you’ll need to book an initial session with Melissa first. In this appointment, she’ll guide you through how to use the pumps and personalise your settings, so you feel confident using the equipment for future self-guided sessions.

Once you book, you’ll receive a comprehensive, confidential intake form via email. This helps us understand your goals, your body, and any pain or symptoms you’re dealing with - so we can personalise your care from day one.

After your initial setup session, you can return anytime for self-guided compression therapy in our quiet, pre-prepared recovery space.
