  • Health Fund Rebates: HICAPS is available for on the spot health fund claiming. In the event that your health fund claim does not go through, you will be required to make FULL payment to Fearless Health. A Tax Invoice / Receipt will be issued via email for you to claim your rebate from your private health fund. Melissa Woodward is responsible for remaining compliant with health funds and issuing the correct invoices. You are responsible for checking you are covered for Remedial Massage and you have not exceeded your cover limits. Please note that Remedial Massage includes Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage if we are treating specific issues. If you would like a Relaxation Massage, you cannot claim via your health fund. 
  • New Client Forms: As part of our compliance with Health Funds, you are required to complete a new client questionnaire which asks for personal information and outlines relevant medical history to allow us to treat your musculoskeletal condition. If you refuse to provide this information, we cannot issue a health fund receipt for Remedial Massage. 
  • Arriving for your Appointment: Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Come into the front door and proceed to the waiting area until you are called in. Do not disturb a consultation in progress. If you arrive late, your appointment will finish at the booked time to allow all appointments to run on time. Please call if you are delayed significantly and discuss your options. 
  • Payment: You will be asked for full payment of your booking following your treatment. We accept Cash and card payments via EFTPOS. 
  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellation by contacting us via phone call or SMS. Reminder messages are sent via email and SMS so please ensure you enter the correct information at booking. If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be asked to pay for the missed appointment in full. If you are unwell, the cancellation fee is waived as we do want you to stay home if unwell. Please advise us any time before your appointment is due to begin, with as much notice as possible.
