Tristan Woodward

Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist
Personal Trainer

Hey There!

Tristan is your go-to guy for getting back to feeling strong, moving better, and keeping up with life—whether that’s on the field, in the gym, or just keeping up with the kids. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, he built on his skills to become a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. He knows firsthand what it takes to recover, rebuild, and stay in the game.

Before diving into massage and personal training full-time, Tristan worked across a range of industries—from building and labouring to corporate roles in Workers Compensation. He’s seen (and felt) the toll work and life can take on the body, and he’s all about helping clients manage pain, improve mobility, and get stronger for whatever challenges come their way.

As a Dad of two active boys, Tristan is especially passionate about working with young athletes to help them build strength, prevent injuries, and level up their performance. Having played soccer, Oztag, and even trained for six months as an MMA fighter (and stepped into the cage for an amateur fight in 2021!), he understands the demands of sport and the importance of smart training.

He’s also no stranger to injuries, having gone through MCL reconstruction surgery himself—so he gets the frustration of setbacks and the work it takes to come back stronger.  With his down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach, Tristan brings a mix of experience, humour, and practical advice to every session. Whether you need targeted massage treatment, sports recovery, or strength coaching, he’s here to help you move better and feel your best—without the fluff.
