I’m a Women’s Health Coach and Remedial Massage Therapist that is on a mission to support women to heal their relationship with food, exercise and their bodies. I’m a mum of boys aged 2 and 7 years old.
During my career I have gained qualifications in Remedial Massage, Personal Training, Nutrition & Dietetics, Pregnancy and Post Natal Coaching and many more. I created the title of Women’s Health Coach as I felt I didn’t fit the stereotype of a Personal Trainer. I saw myself more as a Coach specifically for women who used a realistic, practical approach to help women improve their health, one step at a time.
Combining the hands on benefit of massage and offering exercise strategies to women through each life stage. Last year I launched my online platform containing pregnancy, post natal and women’s exercise programs. Women can now access exercise from their homes, with limited equipment and safely around their children.
I recently rebranded to Fearless Health to allow complete focus on my passion for women’s health. I chose the name Fearless, not to be without fear. But so that I can inspire women to become informed about their health to ease the fears related to myths and beliefs keeping them in pain or from participating in life.
A large part of my work involves educating women. It helps them to overcome fears that are thrust upon them, especially once they become pregnant. I run a free Facebook Group called Empowered Women’s Health Community where I educate and connect with women about normally taboo topics.
