In The Body Confidence Club, we meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're recovering from pregnancy, managing perimenopausal symptoms, navigating an injury, or just feeling disconnected from your body, we offer safe, welcoming movement that fits your life.

Hi, I'm Melissa Woodward - Women's Health Coach, Remedial Massage Therapist and Mum to two active boys.
Looking back on my path to become a mum, I feel like my body has been through it all. Two c-sections. Miscarriage. IVF. Gestational diabetes. Abdominal separation. Umbilical hernia repair. And the everyday aches that come with carrying others and holding everything together.
There were times I felt lost, fearful of exercise, unsure who to trust, especially when my body didn’t feel like my own. After my first son, I decided to become the person I needed for myself. I trained in postnatal recovery, pregnancy and women’s health coaching, and brought that together with my years of experience in massage therapy.
Fearless Health and The Body Confidence Club is the space I wish I’d had. One that meets you with care, knowledge and sustainable solutions. Whether you’re returning to movement after a baby, managing hormones, or just trying to feel strong again, I’ve got you. This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving with trust, feeling more energy, and giving your body what it truly needs.

"I had already come along way in healing body image issues and embracing self-love before I joined the program. I knew how valuable movement can be for mental health, mobility, energy, and helping me to live my best life, but I had not managed to make movement regular and consistent.
I’ve joined gyms in the past, but:
- I felt like I didn’t belong
- I was self-conscious about exercising amongst very fit people and not using equipment correctly
- was annoyed with the expense, and the lack of support unless you paid for expensive PT sessions
- was hard to find time and commit to going with little kids
Fitness with Mel is what my soul has been searching for. The program is affordable, yet packed full with a crazy amount value that promotes holistic wellbeing. Not only do we get two classes a week, a library of past work outs, but also coaching and information to help us with holistic health and mindset. Feeling part of a community and having meaningful connections develop with other members has also brought a lot of meaning and joy to the time we spend together. There is no judgement, no shame, but embracing of all women wherever we are at in our movement journey. Mel offers plenty of modifications which are normalised and encouraged. I’ve been in classes previously where modifications were offered, but there was a feeling that you were “lesser” if you needed a modification.
For the first time in my life I have been consistent with movement! My confidence in my body and what it can do has increased. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and functional mobility. I can garden for hours in the summer heat and not feel exhausted and sore for a week afterwards! And I have found that I am not just doing movement because I know I should, but because I want to. I seek out the workouts in the library when I need to move some energy or emotion, or to tend to stiffness in the body with a stretch workout. Instead of movement being a punishment or a chore, it is a much loved resource in my well-being toolkit."

Hi! My name is Siobhan and I am 29 years old. I am a single mother by choice and a primary school teacher. I joined Fearless Health because I was after a program that was unique, accessible and flexible. I had a lot of low back pain postpartum, bad posture due to the demands of breastfeeding and was recovering from a c-section. The program has resulted in me being more attune to what my body needs and has definitely changed about what it means to be healthy. Mel has created a culture within the program that doing what you can, when you can, movement is movement. As you are purchasing a membership, you are committing to regular payments to reserve your session spot each week. If you become aware that you cannot attend a certain class, provide me with a minimum 12 hours notice and you can attend a make up session at another scheduled time within 1 month of the missed session. After that you forfeit the session. As another back up, you have access to our fitness app to utilise our pre-recorded home workouts.
If you don't feel you can commit to weekly sessions, you are welcome to book casual sessions for any spare spots each week.
Each session is a small group personal training session which can be modified for pregnancy, post natal recovery, injury, pain or fitness levels. I am on hand to coach you through each exercise so you feel confident in your body's ability to move at any stage. Our Strength classes are focused on building your strength by progressing with movements and weights so you can be a complete beginner and get a great workout. Our Yoga classes are gentle and modified for your body so you can take it at your pace.
Bring yourself in comfortable clothing with a sweat towel and water bottle. All equipment is provided.
For yoga, we recommend wearing layers and bringing a blanket for the cooler months. You will cool down during yoga nidra at the end so you have extra clothes and socks to keep you warm. You are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use a gym one.
Absolutely! Our small group personal training sessions are designed for women of all fitness levels, including beginners. Our coaches provide modifications to suit individual needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.
We believe in quality over quantity. Our Strength classes are limited to 10 spaces to ensure personalised attention. This allows our coach to provide guidance and support to each participant in our private studio. Yoga classes allow 16 members as it an instructor led class with everyone in their spot.
We require booking in advance to secure your spot in your preferred session. This ensures you get the most out of your Fearless Health experience and we are prepared for your arrival. Your membership will secure your spot every week but can be changed as space allows. Casual bookings are available for vacant class spots that you can book and pay online as you go.

Absolutely! You can book for a Free Trial Class so you can experience our coaching difference firsthand before making a commitment. If at the end of the session you enjoy the experience, we can arrange for you to join our membership.
