In pregnancy, women are bombarded with stories, advice and all the things you cannot do. You are a capable woman and don't want to bloody rest all the time!
As you head into your post natal recovery, the mixed messages continue. You need to rest, sleep when baby sleeps but also get your body back but don't do it wrong or you could cause damage.
Women in every day life are often expected to put up with pain, carry the mental load and shamed by the bodies.
Enough is enough and I'm here to show you that you are capable and deserve to enjoy life without fear.
