This full body strength training class will help you feel strong, confident, and capable in your body at every stage of life.

Suitable for all fitness levels, including those beginners or returning to exercise. Weights chosen to challenge and build your muscles.

I'm Melissa Woodward - Women's Health Coach, Owner of Fearless Health and Mum to two active boys.

Looking back on my path to become a Mum, I feel like my body has been through it all. I’ve experienced two c-sections, miscarriage, IVF, Gestational Diabetes, abdominal separation, umbilical hernia repair, and all the aches of every day life.

There were times I was fearful of exercise, felt alone with no one to trust on how to support me through any of the challenges. After the birth of my first son, I decided to become the person I wanted for myself. I educated myself in postnatal recovery, pregnancy, and postnatal exercise coaching. As a Remedial Massage Therapist, I also have experience with c-section scar tissue.

My goal is to help women heal their relationship with exercise by considering you as a whole person. I have helped guide many women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, surgery recovery, and more with this gentle but effective strength training approach.  

I aim to ease you back into movement, manage pain or injury, and to encourage you to give yourself permission to rest when your body needs it most.

My Fearless Health Studio is the space I wished I’d had to get started with exercise after each life stage, change and challenge. 

Frequently Asked Questions

As you are purchasing a term pass either upfront or via payment plan, you are committing to pay for the full 10 weeks of classes. If you miss a class and provide Fearless Health with 12 hours notice, you are welcome to make up this class during another timetabled session this term. This allows us to give your spot to another member who may also be seeking a make up session. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. 

Each class can be modified for pregnancy, post natal recovery, injury, pain or fitness levels. They have a focus to allow us to group together members on a similar fitness journey but if you are pregnant and want to join a night class, this can be accommodated. If you are not a mum or have older children, you are welcome to join the morning sessions if you are comfortable with the discussions focused around these life stages.

Strong Mums is our Pregnancy and Post Natal specific class. Each week we will cover a topic that relates to these life stages and your online content will support this class. It will involve full body strength training that considers the changes that have occurred (or are occurring) to the core and pelvic floor regions. This class is low impact and the intensity set by the individual member.

Strong For Every Stage is designed for women of all life stages with modifications for fitness level, ability, strength and injury. We focus on full body strength and cardio. Consideration is given for improving your core and pelvic floor function, while building whole body strength.

Boxing for Fitness is ideal for those looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness and improve strength through boxing. This class class involves contact with other members utilising boxing gloves and pads. We will aim to match you with a member of a similar fitness level and strength to prevent possible injury.

Bring yourself in comfortable clothing with a sweat towel and water bottle. All equipment, including boxing gloves/pads are provided for class. For boxing, you will be required to wear a pair of inners or wraps. You can bring your own or purchase a set for $5 in the studio. 

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for women of all fitness levels, including beginners. Our coaches provide modifications to suit individual needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.

We believe in quality over quantity. Our classes are limited to 8 spaces to ensure personalised attention. This allows our coach to provide guidance and support to each participant in our private studio.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot for all classes. This ensures you get the most out of your Fearless Health experience and we are prepared for your arrival. Term Passes secure your spot every week but can be changed as space allows. Casual sessions are available and can be booked online if space is available. Check our Online Bookings tab for Group Sessions.

Absolutely! You can book for a casual class so you can experience our classes firsthand before making a commitment. If at the end of the class you enjoy the experience, we can arrange for you to purchase a term pass or pay as you go for casual sessions.
