For me, a Women's Health Coach is someone that utilises their qualifications, experience and skills to help women bridge the gap between fear, overwhelm and confusion to a place of confidence, strength and positive health.
I hold qualifications and training in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Pregnancy and Post Natal Coaching, Corrective Exercise and much more.
For a long time I haven't really resonated with the title of Personal Trainer as I don't feel like I fit the stereotype of how a PT should look. I also hate fad diets, rubbish marketing and making someone feel that they are less until they buy my services. I prefer to focus on educating and helping you understand your body, how it works and what you can do to function better. So I chose something that felt more suitable.
All this education is my way of creating an holistic approach to health and fitness to ensure you have the best possible support when you work with me:
