What to Expect:

When you join us for a workout here at Fearless Health Dubbo, you will walk into a welcoming space where your coach knows your name, has read up on your medical and exercise history, and is prepared to guide you towards your health and fitness goals. 

  • Small groups of women with 8-10 members max per class. 
  • Workouts that can be set to your level of fitness by adapting the movements, intensity or weights.
  • A supportive coach focused on YOU, moving through the group to correct technique, give tips and cheer you on.
  • No judgement, no photos of you working out, no weigh ins or weight loss challenges.
  • Fun, laughter and connection with women looking to start a new workout routine they enjoy.
  • Support beyond the workout with a fitness membership, The Body Confidence Club, that provides valuable education about women's health to help you manage symptoms, pelvic floor health, pain and medical conditions.

Get your heart rate up, feel pumped, and improve your strength in our boxing for fitness classes.

Suitable for all fitness levels, you'll be paired with someone at a similar level where you'll be gloved up and punching pads for a great workout. Go at your own pace and add your style.

Strong at Every Stage

This full body strength training class will help you feel strong, confident, and capable in your body at every stage of life.

Suitable for all fitness levels, including those beginners or returning to exercise. Weights chosen to challenge and build your muscles, including your core and pelvic floor.
