What is Fit and Fearless - Lockdown Edition?

With mental health taking a bigger impact during the latest Sydney Lockdown, it's time to use movement to lift our moods, motivation and mental health.

I'm sharing two key features of my bigger exercise program to allow you to get started when the idea of exercise just feels too much. The last thing we need right now is to be overwhelmed or crippled with more decisions.

My simple pre-recorded classes are here to give you an endorphin boost at a pace that suits your fitness. And our Facebook Community to support and coach you through these coming weeks.

What does Fit and Fearless Include?

Access to our pre-recorded workout library.

Workouts are designed for beginners and new mums but can be made more challenging for the more experienced.

They include strength based exercises with cardio, boxing and core added for variety and full body impact.

Benefits of Strength Training for Women

What do you picture when I say Strength Training?  
Are you picturing big, heavy weights?  
Are you worried about getting bulky?  

Strength Training is movement with some form of resistance, whether that is bodyweight, dumbbells or barbells. It is designed to build strength in a muscle by gradually increasing the load you place on it.  

Strength Training makes you feel awesome, strong and able to do more at work, at home and in life.

  • Increases endorphins - makes you feel happy!

I have created these workouts for beginners to exercise and can be made more challenging for the more experienced.

They are also suitable for new mums and modified for any injuries. If you are unsure with any workout, I'm here to answer your questions in the Facebook Community. Also, if you are pregnant or early post natal, feel free to ask for appropriate modificaations

The equipment required is simple and at times can be completely optional. You can also improvise with other items in your household.

Equipment used in workouts:
* 2 x 3-5kg dumbbells
* Large resistance band and mini band
* Bench or chair for modifications
* Exercise mat for your comfort

YES!! You are the kind of woman I want to join the most. I love helping women find how capable their bodies are and guide you to build strength gradually. 

You may get some minor muscle soreness when you first start working out. You may feel the worst in the 24-48 hour period following your workout but it will get better. Remember - Pain does not equal damage. The more consistent you are with your workouts, the easier it will get and less pain you will experience. 

Absolutely!! I encourage your whole family to get involved and exercise together. One of the workouts has my 7 year old son with me. Children can do the exercises without weights or with small weights that suits their strength. Husbands/partners can join in too and don't need to pay or register for the program. 

There are no formal class times so you can exercise whenever it suits you. These pre-recorded workouts are available 24/7 so you decide when you exercise. You are welcome to post into the facebook group for motivation or a boost to get you going. 

When you register, you will create logins for the Fearless Health Website. Once logged in you can access any purchased courses, including the Fit and Fearless Program. The workouts are stored within the program and you can access the website from any device connected to the internet.

Generally, the workouts take a maximum of 30-40 minutes including a warm up and cool down. They can be shorter for workouts where you choose to complete less sets or rounds. Some of our workouts can be split into two mini workouts so also great for time poor women.
